The format of our valuation report will vary depending on purpose, though will usually include a brief description of the property and our opinion of the market value.
Major issues which could affect the value of the property may be flagged up, though you should bear in mind that a Valuation will NOT include a full survey. If advice on the condition of the property is required, a more detailed survey would be appropriate.
A valuation report may well be required when applying for a mortgage. However most lenders will only be able to use their own panel valuers.
